This workshop is for folks of any skill level and background, from absolute beginner to expert. You’ll spend the weekend at Dragon Hollow, a mature woodland in the Appalachian mountains located on 30+ acres, backed up to Pisgah National Forest, just outside Blowing Rock, NC.

This 3-day, hands-on workshop will introduce you to the principles of carpentry, the skills and tools necessary to succeed in your own building projects, and some pretty amazing human beings.

As a participant in the workshop, you’ll help construct a gorgeous, 12′ x 8′ treehouse-style cabin on stilts from start to finish, under the expert teaching and guidance of three amazing instructors: Chris Strathy (The Capable Carpenter),  Trai Hill, and Nelson Stegall.
